At Sebastian’s, the menu changes frequently, always reflecting what is fresh and in season. Chef Sebastian is a master at fusion, pairing tastes together that one doesn’t always expect. Enjoy seafood, beef, chicken, or pasta, plus there might be a special treat available when you visit, so there’s surely something for everyone’s tastes.
The menu is based on traditional Mediterranean cooking, featuring light pastas and inventive, home-made sauces which are prepared fresh daily.
Every dinner starts with a complimentary l’amuse, a whimsical bite prepared by Chef Sebastian to whet the appetite. There are soups, salads, and other appetizers to start your meal, followed by a variety of entrées, and for those who have the room, light desserts which are the perfect way to end your meal.
